Welcome to Chalet Suppers a totally new concept in bespoke catering designed to suite your alpine holiday needs
Created to meet the needs of self catering guests who don’t want to cook every night or eat out every evening we’ve designed a tasty menu which allows you and your party the luxury of indulging in an evening meal prepared and served to you in the comfort of your chalet
Just think a three to five course evening meal, chosen by yourselves, served on an evening and time of your choice and all you have to do is simply sit down and enjoy!

Home made pate served with wafer thin melba toast

Tender loin of pork roasted in white wine with garlic, fennel and rosemary, served with puree of spinach & pommes anna

Salmon fillet marinated in a sweet chilli and dill rub served with legume medley and crushed new potatoes

Frenc classic: beef braised in Burgundy with bacon, shallots & mushrooms, served with creamy mashed potatoes & ratatouille

Tender chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms & wrapped in puff pastry served with a creamy mustard sauce, french beans & new potaptes
Walnut, honey & mascarpone tart
A rich decadent dessert flavoured with orange, topped with honeyed nuts and served with vanilla ice cream

A delicious layer of thick caramel on a biscuit base, topped with bananas and cream
